Another four day week. I seriously intended to go this morning to make up for missing Tuesday and to dump my rage all over Twitter, because that’s what happens Saturday at the gym. But the weather sucked big, slushy balls today. Plus I had to be at the airport at noon and I was paranoid I’d lose track of time. I am probably going tomorrow.

Shrinking The Mouse: Week in Review
I missed a day the gym this week because of snow and waiting for a repairman who never showed up. Which is why I went today, even though Saturdays at the gym suck. Way too many people.
Alright, let’s look at my stats this week:
Treadmill Totals = 4.5 hours, 13.69 miles
Stationary Bike Totals = 8 hours, 90.56 miles
Total Calories Burned = 4514 (!!)
Various Weight Machines = 1740 reps
